As a Senior Java Developer, you will be working for our client, a leader in the financial services industry specializing in investment banking technology.

You will contribute to the development and enhancement of the Calypso platform, focusing on collateral management and cash processing functionalities.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications within the Calypso framework to support collateral and cash management processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to guarantee smooth application performance and optimal user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development and testing.
• Assist in integrating Calypso with other systems and tools within the bank's technology ecosystem.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in Java development within the financial services or investment banking sector.
• Proven familiarity with the Calypso platform and experience with SpringBoot framework.
• Solid understanding of back-office operations, especially in collateral and cash management.
• Strong knowledge of software development principles and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with other banking systems or APIs.
• Relevant certifications in Java or financial technology.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent English, with excellent communication skills.
