Senior java and angular fullstack developer – insurance domain

As a Senior Fullstack Java and Angular Developer, you will be working for our client, a leader in the insurance industry, committed to delivering robust technology solutions that streamline processes and enhance customer experience. Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components using Java, Angular, Spring Boot, and related technologies
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to understand requirements and specify acceptance criteria
• Support the drafting and review of technical and business requirements
• Assist in prioritizing user stories, ensuring technical dependencies are addressed efficiently
• Review and validate code merge requests, ensuring high code quality and adherence to standards
• Document developed features and participate actively in Agile ceremonies
• Comply with the Definition of Done (DoD) to ensure deliverables meet quality expectations

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Over 4 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer in Java and Angular environments
• Strong proficiency in Java (8, 17, 21), Angular, HTML, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, REST API, GitLab, IntelliJ, Jenkins, Maven, Oracle/PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices
• Excellent proactive approach and strong communication skills

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with Tomcat, Kafka, or additional cloud/container technologies
• Fluency in French (spoken and written)

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• French (spoken and written) is a plus
