As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution committed to safeguarding data and streamlining employee access management. You will lead a dedicated team responsible for critical applications that oversee employee permissions, directly contributing to the bank’s data security and operational excellence.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate a team of 5 FTEs, including developers and a business analyst, to ensure the delivery and evolution of key access management applications.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables within the Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Collaborate closely with IT department stakeholders and business units to define and refine functional specifications.
• Oversee incident management and problem-solving activities related to application security and permissions.
• Facilitate effective communication across technical and functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application performance and security standards.
• Ensure compliance with client governance and security policies through active stakeholder engagement.
• Act as a proactive leader, demonstrating autonomy, adaptability, and responsiveness in a dynamic environment.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in IT project management within the financial or security sectors.
• Strong understanding of application security, permissions management, and data security.
• Proficiency in managing teams and projects using Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2), with excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and reporting tools.
• Proven problem-solving and incident management expertise.
• Ability to interpret complex client/business requests and translate them into actionable tasks.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Security-related qualifications.
• Experience working in multi-cultural, international environments.

Language Required for the role:

• French (C1/C2), English (B2)
