As a Senior Generative AI Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading innovator in the technology industry, dedicated to pushing the boundaries of artificial intelligence. Your main responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced generative AI models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into various products and platforms.
- Optimize and fine-tune existing AI models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and breakthroughs in AI and machine learning, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
- Mentor junior team members and share expertise to foster a collaborative, knowledge-rich environment.
- Ensure all AI development activities adhere to best practices and quality standards.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in Python and expertise with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven track record of developing or deploying generative AI models.
- Solid understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, effective communication.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and innovation-driven mindset.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Certifications or training in AI or machine learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Language Required for the role:
- Communicative English proficiency (spoken and written).
