As a Senior Fullstack Java & Angular Team Lead, you will be working for our client, a forward-thinking organization specializing in microservices architecture and DevOps practices. You will play a pivotal role in developing and refining scalable features, ensuring robust testing, and setting up efficient processes that drive digital transformation. This is a unique chance to lead technical excellence and influence innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities:

Lead the development of features and enhancements using Java, Angular, and related technologies
Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability
Collaborate within an agile team, supporting continuous delivery and improvement
Establish and optimize organizational and technical processes, including deployment pipelines with Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, and Vault
Address topics around technical architecture, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud deployment strategies
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering best practices and innovative solutions

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in fullstack development, leading technical teams
Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot), Angular, Typescript, JavaScript, and Node.js
Hands-on experience with Maven, HTML, CSS, REST API, Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab, and microservices architecture
Proven organizational and leadership skills with a focus on setting up effective development processes

It is a strong plus if you have:

Experience with DevOps tools such as ArgoCD and Vault
Certifications or additional expertise in cloud architecture or automation technologies

Language Required for the role:

Communicative level of English, both spoken and written
