As Senior Data Science Team Leader, you will work for our client

an innovative company dedicated to harnessing data and AI to transform business operations. You will lead a talented team of 13 specialists, defining best practices, promoting AI adoption, and delivering impactful solutions in Power BI. Your main responsibilities:

  • Lead and technically guide a team of 13 data science and analytics professionals, ensuring the implementation of best practices.
  • Drive adoption and integration of AI solutions in projects, fostering innovation and efficiency.
  • Oversee the development of Power BI dashboards and data science models, ensuring high quality and impactful insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategic goals and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence within the team.
  • Ensure project delivery meets deadlines, quality standards, and business objectives.
  • Mentor team members, supporting their professional growth and technical skills.
  • Stay updated with industry trends in AI, data science, and BI tools to continually enhance team skills.

You are ideal for this role if you have:

  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in data science, analytics, or related areas.
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams, ideally in data-driven and AI projects.
  • Solid experience in Power BI and best practices in data visualization.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in real-world scenarios.
  • Experience implementing data science solutions within a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, fluent.
  • Ability to work eligible in Europe.

It's a big plus if you have:

  • Certifications in data science, AI, or leadership.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Knowledge of additional BI tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, R).

Fluent English.
