Senior Citrix Administrator – Banking Sector

Lisbon-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 days remote per week).

As a Senior Citrix Administrator, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the banking sector dedicated to innovative financial solutions and operational excellence. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing Citrix environments to ensure seamless, secure, and high-performance digital banking experiences.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Citrix CVAD, NetScaler, and Citrix ADM to ensure optimal performance and security
  • Implement and optimize Citrix Workspace Environment Management for efficient user experiences
  • Utilize ControlUp for real-time performance monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Configure and manage DNS, DHCP, and load balancing solutions
  • Implement SSL VPNs to enable secure remote access for banking operations
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline administrative tasks

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • Over 5 years of experience in Citrix virtualization and infrastructure management
  • Strong expertise in Citrix CVAD and NetScaler technologies
  • Experience with Citrix Workspace Environment Management
  • Proficiency in ControlUp and PowerShell scripting
  • Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, load balancing, and SSL VPNs
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Certifications related to Citrix or cloud infrastructure

Language Required for the role:

  • Communicative level of English, both spoken and written
