As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the financial services industry. Your expertise will drive requirements analysis, functional specifications, and stakeholder communication to deliver impactful solutions that enhance business performance.

O que vais fazer
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to develop clear, actionable specifications
  • Create detailed functional and technical documentation to support project execution
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into technical designs and story maps
  • Develop and execute test cases, ensuring solutions meet business needs and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity
  • Conduct SQL queries and review database models to support data-driven analysis
  • Support the implementation of solutions by providing ongoing analysis and stakeholder feedback
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to clarify and refine project scope and deliverables
O que é pedido
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a senior capacity
  • Proven expertise in requirements analysis, functional specifications, user stories, and story mapping
  • Strong written skills in both functional and technical documentation
  • Excellent communication skills in French (C1) and English (B2/C1)
  • Good knowledge of SQL queries and database modeling
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • English (Fluent)
  • French (C1 level)
  • Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role
Valorizado
  • Experience in financial services or related industries
  • Certifications in Business Analysis or relevant project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of Go language (not mandatory but advantageous)
