Senior Business Analyst – Process Improvement & Solution Design

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in process optimization and digital transformation. You will be instrumental in analyzing existing workflows, conducting impact studies, and designing forward-thinking solutions to improve operational efficiency and meet strategic goals. This role offers a chance to drive innovation and contribute to impactful projects within a dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyse current business processes to identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct impact studies and define project scope in collaboration with stakeholders
• Design tailored solutions and craft detailed User Stories for development teams
• Liaise effectively with designers and developers to ensure seamless implementation
• Estimate effort and resources required for fixes, upgrades, and new projects
• Develop test strategies, including plans, test scripts, and data preparation for functional testing
• Lead functional testing and coordinate on the validation of deliverables

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar field
• Proven expertise in process analysis and solution design
• Strong background in writing User Stories and working closely with development teams
• Experience with impact assessment and project scoping
• Solid understanding of testing strategies, plans, and data management
• Excellent communication skills in English; French language skills are a plus

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications in Business Analysis or related methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Experience working in cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment

Language required for the role:

English (Communicative), French (optional)
