Senior business analyst – banking and agile expert

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the banking industry, dedicated to delivering innovative financial solutions. You will help shape strategic projects by translating complex business needs into actionable requirements, ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams. Your main responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering sessions, analyze business processes, and develop detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Design and document test cases, coordinate execution, and ensure quality through comprehensive testing documentation.
• Produce clear functional and technical documentation to support development and implementation.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding.
• Write complex SQL queries and understand database models to validate data and support testing efforts.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the technical architecture and system integration points.
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement and collaborate to deliver innovative solutions.
• Apply Agile methodologies to manage deliverables and ensure project momentum.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the banking industry.
• Fluency in French (C1) and good command of English (B2/C1).
• Extensive experience with requirements analysis, functional specifications, user stories, and testing.
• Proven ability to write both functional and technical documentation.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of database structures.
• Knowledge of technical architecture and system integration.
• Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Industry experience in banking.
• Experience with system parametrization and configuration.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2/C1).
