As a Senior Banking Business and QA Analyst – Financial Systems, you will be working for our client, a leader in the banking and financial services industry. You’ll help elevate the quality and functionality of cutting-edge financial systems, ensuring they meet market demands and regulatory standards. Your main responsibilities:

• Act as Business Analyst on various topics related to the Portfolio Management System (PMS) application within the Front, Operations, and Payments domain.
• Collaborate with users and organizational teams from client banks in workshops to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements.
• Write detailed specifications, including use cases and user stories, based on workshop outcomes and business/technical knowledge.
• Support developers for functional challenges, reproduce test cases, and clarify requirements to facilitate smooth development.
• Test and validate system changes, ensuring quality and alignment with business needs.
• Assist in application deployment, managing parameters updates and change requests.
• Contribute to post go-live checks, covering core and external systems impacted during deployment.
• Lead engagement with the client to define, document, and analyze business needs, translating them into clear functional specifications.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Banking IT Systems or related fields.
• Proficiency in banking functional areas such as securities, wealth management, and Forex orders.
• Strong skills in writing use cases, visual modeling, and business process documentation.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle, including requirements, testing, migrations, and interactions with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work effectively with international teams.
• Skilled in analyzing business requests and defining functional specifications.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level, fluent command essential.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Certifications in Business Analysis or Testing (e.g., CBAP, ISTQB)
• Experience with SQL, Jira/Confluence, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD processes
• Mentoring or team leadership experience
• Knowledge of Wealth Management / Private Banking market trends and regulatory changes

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent English (C1 level)
