Porto-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 remote days per week).
As a .NET Developer, you will be working for our client, a leader in delivering robust and high-performance software solutions. You will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable applications within a dynamic technology environment. Your main responsibilities:
- Implement solutions in .NET environment using C# for both frontend and backend development.
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code adhering to best practices.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, providing solutions to optimize application performance and stability.
- Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality software, following principles such as KISS and SOLID.
- Contribute to code reviews and enforce quality standards using tools like SonarQube and Checkmarx.
- Apply CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and manage repositories with Bitbucket/GIT.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies, including Blazor and other emerging tools.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in C# and .NET technologies.
- Mandatory knowledge of WPF, Windows Forms, and optional experience with Blazor.
- Experience with Entity Framework/EF Core.
- Familiarity with SQL Server, NUnit, and automation tools like XLDeploy and XLRelease.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodology and application security best practices.
- Excellent command of English (fluent level, B2 or higher).
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience with Elastic, Kibana, and other monitoring/logging tools.
- Knowledge of additional third-party tools such as Control-M, Jira, and Confluence.
