Lisbon-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 days remote per week).

As a Monitoring Transformation Lead – Project Management & Business Analysis, you will be working for our client, a leader in the banking industry, committed to delivering cutting-edge monitoring solutions and driving digital innovation.

You will support the implementation, delivery, and adoption of a new modern observability platform, playing a key role in transforming the organization’s monitoring capabilities and fostering collaboration across teams.

Your main responsibilities:

• Drive coordination between business units to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Ensure alignment on scope and objectives among all stakeholders.
• Facilitate daily project execution by managing backlog, tracking progress, and resolving blockers.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.
• Support the creation of feature-centric models using Splunk ITSI.
• Contribute to governance documentation and support materials that showcase the platform and explain transformation goals.
• Act as a local team coordinator in Lisbon, working closely with the team manager in Lausanne to ensure smooth operations.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 4 years of experience in project management, with demonstrable expertise as a business analyst in the banking or related sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance skills.
• Good understanding of functional and technical aspects for gathering business requirements and building models.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Experience in reporting and communication.
• Proven team leadership and support capabilities.
• Fluency in English (B2) and Portuguese (B2).

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of application monitoring in the banking sector.
• French language skills (B2) are considered an asset.
