As a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer (Apex/LWC), you will be working for our client in the IT department—Tech Expertise & Solutions—within the Salesforce Factory team. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and a team of BA, DEV, and QA to develop new features and support Salesforce tools for multiple business lines.
Your main responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions based on documented business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, deploy, and continuously improve Salesforce capabilities across business lines.
- Perform code reviews and ensure best practices in development, quality, and maintainability are consistently followed.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across Salesforce applications to ensure stable and reliable operations.
- Implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, supporting data flow and business processes.
- Write and execute unit and integration tests to support robust deployments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, and stay current with Salesforce releases and evolving technologies.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Salesforce integration and data migration.
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration and customization using declarative tools.
- Experience with source control (e.g., Git).
- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and senior developers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset to investigate root causes and implement fixes.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Salesforce certification.

- Fluent English.
