As a Mid-Level Business Analyst – Internal Applications, you will be working for our client, a leader in the financial industry, supporting the development and enhancement of internal tools and applications. You’ll collaborate closely with product owners and internal teams to gather requirements, design mockups, create test cases, and ensure seamless deployment of innovative solutions that optimize internal workflows.

Your main responsibilities:

- Collect and translate stakeholder requirements into clear functional specifications.

- Write detailed test cases to validate internal application features.

- Design mockups and visual representations using tools like Figma or similar.

- Test applications to ensure quality and adherence to requirements.

- Prepare comprehensive user guides and documentation.

- Support ongoing activities related to internal app development and improvements.

- Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to align deliverables.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

- Proficiency with Microsoft tools, Jira, and design tools like Figma.

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

- Ability to navigate between macro and micro perspectives.

- Assertiveness, focus, and excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.

- Fluency in English (fluent) and working knowledge of French (A2 level).

It is a strong plus if you have:

- Experience working in financial services or mid-office environments.

- Additional certifications in business analysis or project management.

Language Required for the role:

- Fluent in English.

- French: A2 level.
