As an Expert Java Developer with Angular Skills, you will be working for our client, a leading player within the Group’s management, insurance, and financial services. You will be contributing to the development of leasing applications that empower financial institutions to deliver superior client experiences. Your main responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications tailored to leasing solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into high-quality code.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior team members, and foster best development practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues swiftly, ensuring optimal application performance.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and integrate industry best practices to enhance development processes.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver value-driven software on schedule.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Java development within financial services or similar industries.
• Strong expertise in Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience with front-end technologies like Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in both French and English, with fluency in English (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Additional certifications in Java or related technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or DevOps practices.

Language required for the role:

• Fluent command of English (both written and verbal).
