Operations Engineer (Junior/Mid)

This could be the perfect challenge if you have:

- 1–2 years of experience in IT operations, support, or similar roles

- Strong interest in operations and system reliability, more than pure development

- Background in Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering or similar analytical fields

- Basic knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases

- Familiarity with monitoring tools, APIs and system performance metrics

- Basic understanding of IT service management concepts

- Knowledge of programming or automation is a plus

- Understanding of software quality and basic security principles

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility

- Good communication skills, especially in business/industrial contexts

- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Availability for on-call rotation (approximately every 5 weeks)

- Strong willingness to learn and grow within IT operations

Main responsibilities:

- Monitor and support the availability and performance of business-critical systems and applications

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of digital platforms supporting industrial environments

- Analyze incidents and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and service disruption

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, development, business) to improve system reliability

- Use monitoring tools and metrics to proactively identify risks and optimize performance

- Interact with APIs and databases to investigate and resolve operational issues

- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

- Participate in on-call rotation to ensure continuous system support

- Support environments following Agile/Scrum methodologies
