Sobre a vaga

Join a highly competent team in the newly formed OpsTech team, working on customer-facing and employee-facing applications like in-house POS and KDS systems. This role focuses on supporting franchise partners by developing innovative solutions and enhancing the overall user experience. You will test applications, integrations to terminals, and help investigate related bugs.

O que vais fazer

  • Daily standup: share any blockers, questions for developers, or issues that need resolving
  • When a new version is about to go out, prepare all required documentation and test cases
  • Retest fixed bugs and run regression testing before each release
  • Review bugs and new features, ensuring all tickets are written correctly
  • Attend sprint ceremonies (refinement, planning, review)

O que é pedido

  • This position only accepts candidates from Portugal
  • At least 1 year of experience in software QA/testing
  • API testing (Postman or similar tools)
  • Experience with POS systems or Retail
  • Knowledge of payment flows (e.g.authorization, capture, refund)
  • Bug Tracking & Test Case Management
  • System Experience (e.g. JIRA, TestRail, Qase)
  • Clearly articulates ideas and collaborate effectively with others
  • Works well with teams and aligns with company values
  • Motivated, eager to contribute, and committed to making an impact
  • Continuously explores new technologies and engages in self-driven learning
  • Views failures as learning opportunities and embraces challenges
  • Takes action without waiting for instructions and seeks opportunities
  • Thrives in uncertainty and remains composed under pressure
  • BSc/BA degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline OR relevant years of experience in required skills
  • Travelling: Ad hoc basis when necessary
