Reveal Media is an exciting high-growth UK business that develops and sells technology solutions for the law enforcement and security sectors.

Our technology reduces crime and saves time and money, and we currently supply and support cameras and software in 35 countries.

Highlights

The AI Developer works as part of a small, agile development team delivering fully-fledged AI solutions based on recorded videos captured from the company’s Body Worn Video cameras.

Responsibilities

  • Build, iterate, and improve AI agents programmatically using LLMs.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of existing AI and ML solutions.
  • Design, test, and refine prompts, including prompt engineering and prompt evaluation.
  • Support model training, fine-tuning, and experiment management for ML and LLM workloads.
  • Run, maintain, and improve benchmarks and evaluation pipelines for models and AI solutions.
  • Prepare, clean, structure, and curate data for AI and ML use cases.
  • Translate R&D prototypes into production-ready modules and services.
  • Contribute to complex codebases following engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver practical AI solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Programming skills in Python.
  • Good working knowledge of Git version control practices.
  • Hands-on experience with PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, and NumPy.
  • Comfortable working with Jupyter notebooks and Anaconda environments.
  • Experience training and fine-tuning ML and LLM models.
  • Experience with data preparation and curation for ML workloads.
  • Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI GPT and Whisper, Claude.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline OR relevant years of experience in required skills.

Availability to travel occasionally.

Compensation

Compensation (gross monthly salary): €3,400 - €4,000 (Mid Level).

The role is typically placed around €3,700 gross monthly, depending on experience.
