InnoWave is looking for a dynamic and proactive QA Consultant to join a banking project in Lisbon.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a critical mindset, and the ability to contribute beyond traditional testing activities, acting as a quality enabler throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to quality assurance activities across the software development lifecycle
  • Analyze and improve user stories to ensure quality and clarity of requirements
  • Perform manual testing activities
  • Support and contribute to AI-assisted test automation initiatives (no coding required)
  • Collaborate closely with clients and project teams in a banking environment
  • Identify improvement opportunities and proactively suggest solutions
  • Ensure quality standards and delivery consistency across the project

Skills

  • Proven experience in QA
  • Mandatory experience in banking projects/environments
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively
  • Comfortable working in client-facing environments
  • Experience with manual testing
  • Openness to AI-assisted test automation approaches
  • Strong communication skills
  • Critical mindset with the ability to challenge and add value
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
