We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Test Analyst to join a dynamic international team in the financial services sector. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of IT solutions by defining, executing, and documenting test activities across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze functional and technical specifications to define comprehensive test plans and test cases.

- Execute manual and automated tests to validate system functionality and performance.

- Identify, document, and track defects through the testing lifecycle.

- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.

- Support integration, regression, and user acceptance testing phases.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.

- Prepare detailed test reports and provide feedback on product quality and risks.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Test Analyst, QA Engineer, or similar role.

- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, or TestLink).
