We are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Developer to join a hybrid opportunity in Lisbon within the banking sector. This role focuses on designing, testing and industrializing AI-based solutions, supporting the definition of AI development practices and enabling internal developer communities.

O que vais fazer

• Research, test and develop AI-powered applications, agents and reusable AI components
• Define, validate and document MCPs, SKILLs and HOWTO guides to support consistent AI solution delivery
• Support the establishment of a new software development lifecycle for AI-enabled delivery
• Design and implement AI agents with advanced orchestration capabilities
• Maintain and improve RAG systems, vector databases, embeddings and semantic search solutions
• Optimize token utilization, context management and AI execution patterns to improve cost-efficiency and performance
• Integrate and orchestrate multiple LLM providers across AI solutions
• Facilitate an internal AI developer community, encouraging knowledge sharing, SKILL creation and proposals for agents or MCPs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze and deliver AI opportunities aligned with business needs
• Monitor emerging AI technologies, delivery practices and relevant industry trends

O que é pedido

• More than 9 years of experience in software development, including hands-on work with AI-based solutions
• Proven experience creating, deploying and optimizing AI agents and RAG-based systems
• Strong autonomy, ownership and ability to work in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
• Solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance innovation, quality and practical implementation constraints
• Collaborative approach and ability to engage technical communities around shared practices and reusable assets
• Professional working proficiency in French at C1 level
• Node.js and/or Python
• AI agent design, implementation and deployment
• MCPs, SKILLs and reusable AI capability definition
• RAG systems
• Vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate or Chroma
• Embeddings and semantic search
• Multi-LLM integration and orchestration
• Prompt engineering and token optimization
• Context management and hash-based context optimization
• Technical documentation and HOWTO creation
• Software development lifecycle practices for AI-enabled solutions
