Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations using the Workato platform.
  • Build and manage recipes, connectors, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather integration requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across systems.
  • Document integration processes and best practices.
  • Support deployment and monitoring of integrations in production environments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • ~2+ years of experience working with Workato (or similar iPaaS tools like MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier, Make).
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and data formats (JSON/XML).
  • Experience with system integrations (CRM, ERP, SaaS platforms, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of scripting or programming (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar).
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work in an international environment (English required).
