Professional Profile / Required Experience:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Implementer
- Experience working with Salesforce in financial services / banking – a significant advantage
- Familiarity with key modules such as: Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and work closely with business stakeholders within the bank
- Configure and customize Salesforce according to business processes
- Manage users, profiles, roles, and permissions
- Maintain existing processes and system components
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal banking systems
- Perform functional testing (UT) and support go-live activities
- Build reports and dashboards using Reports & Dashboards and data analysis tools.
Additional Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking and system understanding
- Ability to work with offshore platform teams
- High level of English (spoken and written)
