We are looking for a Functional Analyst in Lisboa, Portugal.

Requirements:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Participate in requirements workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and use cases.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Support testing activities, including test case definition and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and propose functional enhancements.
  • Ensure requirements traceability and effective change management.
  • Work within Agile/Scrum environments, participating in ceremonies and backlog refinement sessions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies and process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Camunda, Bizagi, Signavio, ARIS, or similar).
