Who are we looking for?

Application Support (Full)

Main tasks to be developed:
  • Analysis and resolution of production incidents (L3), ensuring correct diagnosis of the root cause (Root Cause Analysis).
  • Analysis of application and functional architectures, including functional documentation, business flows, and monitoring transactions between different components of the architecture.
  • Investigation of complex problems through log analysis, databases, and metrics.
  • Proactive definition of metrics for early detection of incidents, identification of failure patterns, and proposal of preventive measures.
  • Collaboration with development teams in the identification and structural resolution of problems.
Mandatory skills and technical knowledge:
  • Experience using Linux Shell (grep, awk, sed, sort, uniq, tail, ps, top, among others).
  • Good knowledge of SQL DML (SELECT, JOIN, Subqueries and other query operations).
  • Good analytical capacity and investigation of incidents in a production environment.
Desirable skills and technical knowledge:
  • Knowledge of observability tools, such as Grafana and ELK Stack.
  • Experience in scripting (Bash and/or Python).
  • Experience in functional analysis of applications and problem resolution through data interpretation.
Personal skills:
  • Good communication skills, with logical and structured reasoning.
  • High capacity for learning, technical analysis, and adaptability to change.
  • Critical thinking and focus on prevention and continuous improvement.

Work regime:

Hybrid (3x per week in the office in Lisbon).
