Who are we looking for? Junior Project Manager - Hybrid (Lisbon)

Main tasks to be developed:

• Follow up on technical implementation: you will be the specialized point of contact during the integration of services with the external client. Therefore, you must have the ability to analyze the functional and technical documentation of the service. As well as, accompany client testing and analyze any errors obtained and help the client in resolving them.
• Problem Solving & Critical Thinking Skills: Analyze tests performed by clients and highlight errors/problems detected based on the functional and technical product documentation.
• Project Management with the Client
• Risk and Conflict Management

Mandatory technical skills and knowledge:

• Knowledge in programming languages: (Python; PHP; Java Script; .Net), as well as experience with WEB Services and REST API. Ideally with experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, PrestaShop, and WooCommerce).
• Experience with Agile and Traditional Methodologies: project management methodologies, such as Waterfall and Agile, or others, adapting to the specific needs of the client and the project.
• Planning and Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strategic vision, and prioritize needs efficiently.

Desirable technical skills and knowledge:

• Experience in the financial and payment area and/or digital solutions.
• Experience in technical implementation roles, systems analysis, support for financial applications, and client integration.
• Microsoft Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Atlassian JIRA / Confluence / Atlas.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and/or Spanish.
• Knowledge in the area of quality assurance testing.
