Junior Network Manager

Main tasks to develop:

• Monitoring the operation of the ATM network, ensuring the best performance and availability;
• Incident management, ensuring speed and quality in resolution;
• Supervision and remote support for corrective and preventive maintenance by technical assistance providers;
• Control of the service levels contracted to suppliers.

Mandatory technical skills and knowledge:

• Training in the field of IT;
• Knowledge of networks and/or systems and their respective monitoring tools/solutions;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools;
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English.

Desirable technical skills and knowledge:

• Experience in monitoring payment terminal networks or telecommunications;
• ITIL: Service Management;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Prioritization and organizational skills.

Work regime: Hybrid (3 times a week in the office in Lisbon).
