Who are we looking for? Android Developer (Pleno)

Lisbon, Hybrid (3x a week in the office).

Main tasks:

• Develop new features (evolutionary component) and fix bugs (corrective component) in Android applications, participating in the design and implementation of technical solutions autonomously.
• Provide technical support for the development and integration of junior profiles in the team (mentorship and code review).
• Technically analyze already triaged bugs, performing advanced troubleshooting, implementing, and testing the respective fixes.
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (Dailies, Plannings, Retrospectives) and in the detailed estimation of team tasks.
• Ensure the quality, security, and performance of delivered code.

Mandatory technical skills and knowledge:

• Solid experience in mobile development, with absolute focus on the Android platform using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Strong experience and mastery of Android Studio.
• Solid knowledge and practical experience in applying Design Patterns and mobile architectures (e.g., MVVM).
• Practical experience with Android interface guidelines (e.g., Material Design) and proficiency in interpreting/using mockups (e.g., Figma or similar).
• Practical and solid experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).

Desirable technical skills and knowledge:

• Familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket).

Location: Lisbon

Work regime: Hybrid (3x a week in the office).
