Who are we looking for?

Functional Analyst - Hybrid (Lisbon)

Main tasks to develop:

• Detailed analysis of Business requirements
• Alignment of the solution with other functional, technical, and business teams
• Preparation of functional documentation to pass to technical teams ensuring:
• the business rules of the organization;
• the regulatory rules of the business/brands;
• the existing functional architecture rules within the organization;
• the best practices of the functional analysis methodology (processes, flows, sequence diagrams, logical data design, interface design (screens, receipts, files), mapping information in interfaces between systems, etc.
• Problem solving
• Support for business and other technical/testing teams

Required technical skills and knowledge:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst
• Knowledge of functional analysis techniques
• Proficiency in the native language (Portuguese) – spoken and written
• Proficiency in the English language

Desirable technical skills and knowledge:

• Knowledge of process design (BPMN)
• Knowledge of data modeling (logical and conceptual level)
• Degree preferably in Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or proven experience in IT projects
• Knowledge of the business/processing of International Payment Systems
