Banking Operations Analyst (Junior)

Junior Banking Operations Analyst Lisbon, Hybrid (3x a week in the office).

Main tasks:

• Customer support via email/phone - respond to inquiries about ATM deposits, payment methods, technical and functional aspects involved
• Follow structured analyses, synthesize conclusions, and present them to the client
• Analysis using Knowledge Base
• Contact with Banks

Mandatory skills and technical knowledge:

• Professional experience in customer support (banking sector)
• Knowledge of payment systems, banking ecosystem
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT
• Good ability to learn, organization, autonomy, and dynamism
• Initiative and proactivity
• Identification and problem-solving

Desirable skills and technical knowledge:

• Proficiency in the Polish language (oral and written) is valued
• Knowledge of other languages (oral and written) will be considered
• Experience and knowledge in information technology, with digital payment solutions is valued

Location: Lisbon

Work regime: Hybrid (3x a week in the office).
