Must-Have:

Experience with ETL development and maintenance
Strong knowledge of Oracle databases
Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and IBM DataStage (PowerStage)
Experience with ODI (Oracle Data Integrator)
Knowledge of data integration, transformation, and migration processes
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL workflows
Experience with technical documentation and process analysis

Would be great if you have:

Full autonomy in ETL project delivery and evolution
Ability to lead technical decisions and support the development team
Experience maintaining and enhancing legacy data integration environments
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work directly with stakeholders
Solid foundation in ETL technologies and data integration concepts
Motivation to learn and develop within enterprise-scale environments
