Job Description:

We're looking for a security professional to embed themselves in our AI/GenAI journey — from early design through to production. You'll be the person who makes sure our AI platforms, APIs, agents, and integrations are built securely and responsibly.

Day-to-day, this means reviewing AI architectures, setting guardrails around data usage (especially sensitive or regulated data), and keeping a sharp eye on risks like prompt injection, data leakage, and model misuse.

You'll also shape our AI governance standards and work hand-in-hand with Product Security and engineering to make sure controls are real and enforceable — not just on paper.

Logging, monitoring, and auditability of AI usage will be part of your world too.

Must-Have:

• A solid background in security — application, cloud, or architecture
• Hands-on experience with security reviews and defining technical controls
• A working understanding of GenAI and LLM-based solutions
• Familiarity with data protection and privacy principles
• Ability to translate security concerns into clear, actionable technical requirements
• Strong instinct for identifying and prioritising risk
• Comfortable challenging implementations and validating them against requirements
• Someone who collaborates well across security, engineering, and data teams

Would be great if you have:

• Experience with AWS and/or Azure, particularly AWS Bedrock or similar GenAI platforms
• Databricks experience — securing ML pipelines, notebooks, jobs, and managing access control
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, SAIF, MCP (incl. MCP-38), or A2A architectures
• A background in DevSecOps or MLOps environments
