Your profile:

- Higher education in Social Sciences, Management, Information Technology, or similar

- Good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

- Interest in management, people, and business development

- Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset

- Fluency in Portuguese and English

- Genuine willingness to learn and evolve in the technology sector

Your challenge:

- Support the management and monitoring of consultant teams, contributing to their development

- Collaborate in the processes of hiring, onboarding, and offboarding employees

- Support business development initiatives, including prospecting and client relationship management

- Participate in promoting a culture of excellence, commitment, and continuous evolution
