• Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce CPQ projects
• Design and implement technical solutions based on business requirements provided by Business Analysts
• Provide technical estimations for proposed solutions
• Develop and maintain solutions across Salesforce CPQ and related managed packages
• Review, guide and support development activities across the team
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Participate in backlog prioritization meetings
• Support L2 and application support teams with incidents and maintenance activities
• Continuously review the overall solution and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, clients and technical team members

• Proven experience leading development teams in Salesforce CPQ projects
• Strong ability to analyze requirements and design appropriate technical solutions
• Experience providing technical estimations
• Experience conducting code reviews and supporting other developers
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting production incidents
• Strong understanding of Salesforce solution design and development best practices

• Experience working with L2 support and application maintenance teams
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ solution optimization and continuous improvement
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience in backlog prioritization and technical planning
• Strong experience collaborating with international teams and clients
• Salesforce certifications related to CPQ, Sales Cloud or Platform Development
