O que vais fazer

• Design, develop, deploy and maintain production-ready GenAI applications, including internal AI assistants, RAG systems, agents and document-processing solutions
• Build Python backend services, APIs and integrations with client systems
• Develop solutions using LLM integrations, MCP, embeddings, vector databases and context management
• Take end-to-end ownership of solutions, from technical discovery and architecture through implementation, deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement
• Standardise and package solutions for deployment across different client environments
• Contribute to architectural decisions and define best practices for software development, GenAI evaluation, observability, scalability and maintainability
• Understand client business needs, challenge requirements and propose pragmatic, product-oriented solutions

O que é pedido

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong Python backend development skills, using FastAPI or similar frameworks
• Strong knowledge of software design and application architecture
• Hands-on experience delivering production-grade GenAI solutions
• Good understanding of RAG architectures, GenAI agents, context management and LLM integrations
• Ability to deliver solutions from POC to production, covering backend development, infrastructure, deployment and integration
• Comfortable working with cloud environments, servers, networking fundamentals, CI/CD and production operations
• English proficiency
• Strong ownership mindset, autonomy and initiative
• Ability to quickly understand new business domains and adapt to changing client contexts
• Pragmatic approach focused on solving real business problems
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Valorizado

• Familiarity with the team’s technology stack: Azure AI Foundry, LangChain, LangGraph and OpenAI/Azure OpenAI
• Experience with PostgreSQL, vector databases, embeddings and ETL/ELT pipelines
• Experience with Azure, Docker and Kubernetes
