O que vais fazer

• Create and maintain non-functional test plans, including preparation for management and leadership review
• Plan, prepare, execute and analyze non-functional testing activities throughout the solution lifecycle
• Define end-to-end non-functional testing strategies covering performance and resilience scenarios
• Develop performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter or Gatling and prepare the required test data
• Execute resilience, recovery, load, stress, endurance and capacity tests
• Monitor resource utilization during test execution to assess application performance and identify bottlenecks
• Analyze test results, identify non-functional issues and provide recommendations for improvement
• Provide technical support to improve system performance, capacity, reliability and scalability
• Enable QA engineers and developers to execute and maintain non-functional tests
• Define standards and best practices for developing robust, maintainable and performant load-testing scripts

O que é pedido

• Minimum 6 years of experience in non-functional testing and associated tooling
• Strong hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling
• Strong knowledge of test planning, estimation, strategy, workload design, test case design, test platform and test data setup, and defect management
• Experience executing and analyzing performance, load, stress, endurance, capacity and resilience tests
• Hands-on Java experience for test automation purposes
• Experience working with complex environments involving multiple integrated systems
• Experience with microservices-based solutions hosted in private cloud environments
• Experience with Agile software development and testing methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify performance bottlenecks and system stability issues
• Fluent in English
• Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution
• Customer focus and service delivery
• Availability to work in EU
