Define and support IAM / IGA strategy and governance within complex enterprise environments. Support Identity and Access Management governance across enterprise applications and directories. Design and improve identity lifecycle management processes, including Joiner / Mover / Leaver.

• Define and support IAM / IGA strategy and governance within complex enterprise environments
• Support Identity and Access Management governance across enterprise applications and directories
• Design and improve identity lifecycle management processes, including Joiner / Mover / Leaver
• Define and manage roles, entitlements and access governance processes
• Support access certification and periodic access review activities
• Promote Least Privilege and Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles
• Identify opportunities for IAM process automation and integration
• Support the integration of IAM solutions with enterprise applications and directories
• Contribute to IAM testing, documentation and governance activities
• Support IAM initiatives across complex and regulated environments

O que é pedido

• Proven experience working in enterprise IAM / IGA environments
• Strong knowledge of IAM / IGA concepts and governance
• Experience with Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID
• Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management, including Joiner / Mover / Leaver
• Experience with Role & Entitlement Management
• Experience with Access Governance and Access Certification
• Strong knowledge of Least Privilege and Segregation of Duties (SoD)
• Experience with IAM process automation
• Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications and directories
• Good understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Knowledge of Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) and Cloud IAM
• Experience with testing, documentation and IAM governance
• Experience working in complex or regulatory environments
• Good English communication skills
• Availability for a long-term engagement
