Sobre a vaga

Reporting to the Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for improving, expanding, and maintaining our Salesforce Org. As a Salesforce Developer, your duties will include designing and developing scalable end-to-end solutions and maintaining system health by resolving technical issues.

O que vais fazer

• Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using Apex (Triggers, Asynchronous Processing, REST Services) and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Translate business requirements into efficient, maintainable technical designs while adhering to Salesforce governor limits and best practices
• Partner with functional teams, business analysts, and senior developers across agile sprints to deliver high-quality end-to-end features
• Build and manage enterprise integrations connecting Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
• Perform peer code reviews, enforce coding standards, and write comprehensive Unit Tests (Apex & LWC) to maintain strong code coverage and platform health
• Investigate, debug, and resolve technical issues across custom applications and core salesforce configurations
• Create clear technical design documentation, participate in CI/CD pipeline deployments (Git/Salesforce DX), and keep up-to-date with seasonal Salesforce releases
• Participate in team-wide technical sharing sessions

O que é pedido

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
• +2 years of hands-on software development experience on the Salesforce platform
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL
• Hands-on experience configuring core platform features, including Salesforce Flow, custom objects, validation rules, and security/sharing models
• Practical experience building/consuming REST APIs and handling bulk data migrations using standard tools (Data Loader, Salesforce CLI)
• Familiarity with source control tools (Git, GitHub/GitLab) and deployment frameworks (Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting complex issues

Valorizado

• Visualforce knowledge is a plus
• Salesforce certification is a plus
