Euronext is looking for a Project Management Officer Analyst - Trainee to work closely with PMO Lead and Transformation team. The role ensures all initiatives and KPIs are tracked across different teams while ensuring the quality and on-time delivery of activities and projects. The candidate will act as the point of contact for project-related topics and lead regular meetings.

O que vais fazer

• Support the monitoring and tracking of IT initiatives, projects and transformation activities
• Maintain governance artifacts, project trackers and status reports
• Contribute to project readiness reviews and governance checkpoints
• Collect, consolidate and analyse KPIs across multiple teams
• Prepare regular management dashboards and executive reports
• Identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities through data analysis
• Support reporting using Excel, Power BI and other reporting tools
• Organize governance meetings, workshops and steering committees
• Capture minutes, decisions and action items
• Follow up on actions and commitments with stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across PMO activities
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and governance processes
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of PMO best practices
• Assist the PMO Lead with portfolio management activities
• Support ad-hoc analyses, presentations and strategic initiatives
• Participate in cross-functional projects involving IT and business teams

O que é pedido

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting
• Understanding of project management concepts is advantageous

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or Related disciplines
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Portuguese required

Valorizado

• Familiarity with Jira, Power BI or similar tools is a plus
• French or Italian is a plus
