Your impact
This role will have a critical impact on the success of E-goi and our corporate clients.
You will be a strategic business partner.
You will:
- Work with corporate clients as a strategic consultant and be the hero for the client, translating business objectives into real strategies.
- Demonstrate value through data, metrics, and measurable impact.
- Lead strategic QBRs, planning sessions, and proactive follow-ups focused on ROI.
- Create true product adoption.
- Identify, lead, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities, taking full responsibility for the sales process.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers (not just users).
- Ensure retention as a natural consequence of the impact, trust, and value delivered.
- Be a reference for the client and an indispensable asset to them.
You will know you have succeeded when, after 180 days:
- Clients see you as a strategic business partner.
- You translate relationships into value, creating trust and measurable results.
- You take responsibilities and ownership.
- You demonstrate the DNA of an Egoian: curiosity, impact, and cultural alignment.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone with Customer Success / Business Consultant DNA, that is, someone who:
- Is a strategic consultant, results-oriented and data-driven.
- Is obsessed with true value and passionate about business.
- Has critical thinking, maturity, autonomy, and accountability.
- Is a master in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Technology, and E-goi Product, and knows the market/competition.
- Transforms relationships, products, data, and trust into value for clients.
- Cultivates close relationships, networking, and a solid reputation, both inside and outside meetings.
To succeed in this role, you need:
- Education in Marketing, Management, or similar areas.
- More than 3 years of experience working with clients (preferably in SaaS/technology).
- Knowledge in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, and Technology.
- Ability to read numbers, metrics, and indicators, and extract insights that influence decisions.
- Clear, simple, and direct communication, without embellishments.
- Work with clients as a consultant, not just as a supplier.
- Transform information into action and demonstrate true value with the platform.
- Comfort with negotiations and business expansion.
✨ What adds points:
- Knowledge about the E-goi Product.
- Previous experience in SaaS companies as an Account Manager, CSM, or in sales roles.
- Complete mastery of the customer journey: onboarding → adoption → retention → expansion, applied daily.
- Communication in Spanish.
- Experience in markets beyond Portugal (Spain, LATAM).

- Salary: €27k–38k/year (with benefits) + Commissions.
