As part of our growth strategy in the Portuguese market, we are seeking a Manager Sales Professional to drive DXC's presence and expansion in strategic sectors. You will join a high-performance commercial organization, working daily with large companies and leading organizations, supporting them in solving complex challenges and accelerating their digital transformation.
Scope of the Role
- Develop and increase the sales pipeline, strengthening DXC's presence in strategic accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Interact with top decision-makers — CIOs, COOs, CFOs, and other executives responsible for technology, operations, and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with Client Partners, Presales teams, and Solutioning, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and aligning DXC solutions with their business challenges.
- Be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales, revenue, and new contract goals associated with the DXC portfolio.
- Drive growth through lead generation, active opportunity identification, and closing new business.
- Contribute to long-term relationships, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and business continuity.
Desired Profile
- Solid experience in consultative selling and solution selling, ideally in sectors with high technological complexity or critical processes.
- Proven track record in selling and closing complex IT or digital transformation deals.
- Ability to lead complex sales processes and work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Competence to interact with top executives (C-Level) and business decision-makers.
- Knowledge of key technological trends, such as cloud, application modernization, advanced analytics, cybersecurity, automation, and customer experience transformation (valued).
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
