In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.

We are seeking a

Senior Azure & M365 Administrator

to join our team in

Porto (Hybrid)

We’re looking for someone with:

Technical Requirements:

- 10+ years of solid experience in administering Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

- Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID: identity management, Conditional Access, PIM, SSO, MFA.

- Advanced experience with Exchange Online: troubleshooting, connectors, security, eDiscovery, compliance policies.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams: voice, governance, telephony integration, security policies.

- Proficiency in SharePoint Online: site administration, permissions, migrations, governance.

- Hands-on experience with PowerShell and automation tools (Power Automate, Logic Apps, Graph API).

- Knowledge of cloud security practices (Zero Trust, monitoring, Defender for 365, Defender for Cloud).

- Experience with migration projects (on-premises to M365/Azure).

- Technical English (B2) for documentation and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with hybrid environments (AD DS + Entra ID Sync).

- Skills in cloud solution architecture.

- Jira.

- IronPort.

- Documentation Core Competencies.

- Analytical and proactive mindset, with strong problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork across multidisciplinary groups.

- Focus on security, governance, and operational efficiency.
