Join our team as a Senior Sales Developer (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, implement, and unit test Salesforce solutions end-to-end within Salesforce and functional domains.
• Deliver scalable and high-quality solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud environments.
• Configure and parameterize Salesforce solutions according to business requirements and company standards.
• Develop and maintain integrations and interfaces across Salesforce ecosystems.
• Write and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Perform coding, debugging, defect analysis, and issue resolution.
• Execute unit testing and support test strategy definition.
• Define, review, and improve test cases to ensure solution quality.
• Implement and optimize data models, ingestion pipelines, and transformation processes within Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Work with identity resolution frameworks, reconciliation rules, and identity stitching strategies.
• Develop dynamic emails, landing pages, and automation workflows using AMPscript, SSJS, WSProxy, and SQL.
• Optimize email templates for responsiveness, dark mode compatibility, and performance.
• Build and maintain customer journeys, automations, and multi-channel campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools.
• Ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance, secure data handling, consent management, and PII protection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong hands-on experience with: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Solid expertise in Data Modeling, Data Ingestion, Data Transformation, Identity Resolution, GDPR/CCPA compliance.
• Strong understanding of secure data access, PII protection.
• Advanced knowledge of AMPscript, SSJS, WSProxy, SOAP APIs, Advanced SQL.
• Front-end development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Responsive email development and dark mode compatibility optimization.
• Experience with automation orchestration, monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization.
• English proficiency at a professional level (minimum B2).
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon.
