For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

- 5+ years of professional experience working in large-scale cloud environments.

- Strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in enterprise contexts.

- Solid experience with AKS and cloud-native technologies, including Helm, Istio, Flux, and Crossplane (mandatory).

- Proven experience in infrastructure automation and management using Terraform, following GitOps practices.

- Experience maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines and engineering workflows.

- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages like Go, Python, or Bash is mandatory (experience with TypeScript is valued);

- Experience with monitoring and logging stacks, such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or EFK, Thanos, or New Relic.

- Practical experience with cloud security, including tools like HashiCorp Vault and OPA Gatekeeper.

- Strong grasp in PaaS is mandatory;

- Experience working in Agile environments, using tools such as JIRA.

- English and Portuguese proficiency at B2 or C1 level (mandatory).

- Availability for remote work based in Portugal (requires availability to relocate within Portugal, Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit).
