About the role

Solutions architecture is a design, description, and management practice related to engineering solutions for specific business problems. Solutions architecture describes how different components of business, information, and technology architectures are used in a particular solution. It provides a channel between enterprise architecture and technical architecture.

As part of your job, you will:

- Design system architectures that meet business needs, acting as a bridge between business/function teams and technical teams.

- Evaluate system architectures and work with the technical team to recommend improvements.

- Provide oversight and guidance to technical architects and development teams.

- Continuously research current and emerging architectural patterns and paradigms, proposing changes when necessary.

- Describe the structure, characteristics, behaviors, and other aspects of the architecture for different stakeholders.

- Evaluate the impacts that specific solution choices have on the organization's overall goals and outcomes.

- Ensure the correct behavior of a new system/component and how it fits into the existing business environment.

- Be responsible for ensuring the adoption of methodology and architectural standards.

What are we looking for?

- Knowledge of business models and telecommunications processes.

- Knowledge of E2E solutions and OSS implementation in the global enterprise architecture. Understanding how architecture enables interoperability across network domains such as RAN, Mobile Core, Transport, IP Core, and service platforms like TV and SIP.

- Deep understanding of OSS solutions and components (in Assurance, Configuration, Planning, Preparation).

- Knowledge of OSS architectures and Automation.

- Technical training/knowledge in Microservices and Automation Platforms.

- Experience in software architecture engineering and design.

- Experience in complex large-scale projects.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong organizational and leadership skills.

- Effective communication skills.

- Comfortable with ambiguity and spending time outside of the comfort zone, acquiring new skills.

- Previous project management experience is advantageous.
