• Track record of managing strategic customers and executive stakeholders
• Experience leading large, geographically distributed teams
• Strong understanding of Telecom Networks, Managed Services, and Engineering Delivery
• Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and execution focus
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
