Sobre a vaga

As Senior Product Owner & Team Leader, you will shape the development of a digital web application within the Bosch Data Analytics environment. You will combine strategic product ownership with team leadership, working closely with business stakeholders and an international team.

O que vais fazer

• Own and prioritize the product backlog and define the product roadmap in alignment with business strategy and stakeholder needs
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable product priorities
• Manage the product lifecycle, from requirements and UX/UI design through testing, releases, and continuous improvement
• Coordinate release management and ensure effective communication with users and stakeholders
• Manage product capacity, budget, and service-level agreements
• Lead and support an international, distributed team within the Tribe Data Analytics
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment
• Support onboarding, professional development, and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to the design and conception of data analytics and digital platform solutions

O que é pedido

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years as a Product Owner in an agile/Scrum environment
• Experience leading or coordinating teams in an international environment
• Strong understanding of web applications, APIs, Azure, and GitHub
• Experience with Jira and familiarity with UX/UI and Figma
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and data architecture
• Proficiency in English required

Valorizado

• Equivalent professional experience is also welcome
• Experience with digital products, data analytics, or technology platforms is an advantage
• Experience with Power Automate and Power BI is a plus
• Knowledge of LLM and MCP integration concepts is a strong plus
