The Risk Dedicated Solutions (RDS) Business Management officer takes the lead in transforming and improving the evolution of the overall RDS team. RDS is in charge of delivering dedicated solutions for RISK reporting streams and supporting RISK missions and transformation.

O que vais fazer

• Manage the headcount trajectory evolution of RDS including its x-shoring strategy
• Owning and streamlining x-shoring governance meetings for RDS perimeter
• Report and control on progress including savings, linking to Project Management Officer (PMO) budget figures and maintaining integrity with Sourcing team figures
• Produce and develop dashboards to inform on x-shoring and all RDS01 activities
• Develop ongoing analysis of various topics, for example trajectory and drivers of infrastructure costs
• Coordinate and produce committee governance decks
• Continuously improve deck quality and develop links to other governance frameworks
• Manage and/or assist on various transformation projects
• Consolidate the transformation activities into a program with a coordinated regular status report and consistent budget/savings tracking
• Develop and improve the SharePoint organisation
• Act as RDS Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for organisational improvements within Information Technology Transversal & Functions
• Work as part of the wider RDS01 team in a RDS01 Backup Program

O que é pedido

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other relevant areas
• Relevant professional experience in Banking, Strategic Consulting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operational Excellence/Process Improvement, Project Management or similar environments
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office pack, namely Excel and PowerPoint
• Previous work experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Good communication skills
• Teamwork and collaboration
