About the job

The mission of the Senior AI Developer is to contribute to the functional consistency and application-related aspects of the IT solution and ensure the development of our rapidly growing Generative AI tools and applications. The Developer must perform activities within the structure of Generative AI projects that combine traditional back-end development with cutting-edge technologies of Large Scale Language Models (LLM) and Graphics Processing Units (GPU). This role requires a highly collaborative mindset, agile methodologies, and strong problem-solving skills in a challenging and trending domain like AI and Deep Learning.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Design, development, testing, and implementation of back-end services in Python.
  • Participate in the complete agile life cycle: technical analysis, documentation, code reviews, and sprint delivery.
  • Integrate and tune AI/ML (LLMs) models in production systems.
  • Support the reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of the AI platform.
  • Collaborate closely with infrastructure, DevOps, and User Interface (UI) teams (React/Angular/Vue) to deliver complete solutions.
  • Proactively identify and solve technical, functional, or organizational issues.

Profile and Skills for Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Developer, preferably in Python.
  • Experience in Back-end Development (e.g., Django or FastAPI).
  • Advanced level of English, both written and oral.
  • Ability to collaborate / teamwork.
  • Rigor and attention to detail.
  • Personal impact / ability to influence.
